He still brings me flowers...

Sushi Flowers by Kiko's in Park Ridge

After what has been a long crazy week, my husband came home from work last night with flowers. Not just any flowers mind you but "sushi flowers". Aren't these amazing? Wouldn't you feel special if your special someone showed up with these?

I love unusual things and I have never seen a flower arrangement so unique. The arrangement is made of an orchid and a rose with another small sprig of greenery as well as some berries and wired beading. These are wrapped with a long leaf and paired in a dish of water. I love orchids and this artsy arrangement made me feel so special. He did fess up and say that he had asked for some help from his executive assistant. That's okay, I give him the credit for being smart and caring enough to do so and therefore, he still scored big in my eyes.

These came from a great florist in the Park Ridge, IL area called Kiko's Flower and Gifts. Obviously, I give them two thumbs up them.

Your blog is beautiful. AND I finally figured out how to get it on an rss feed directly into my Microsoft Outlook folders. Some blogs are much easier to subscribe to than others.
